HR Generalist / Recruiter (Bilingual Spanish)
Location: Peabody, MA (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000
CFS has partnered with a growing manufacturing company in seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist / Recruiter to support their dynamic HR team and diverse workforce. This role will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and hiring.
Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and managers.
Support employee relations, performance management, and policy administration.
Assist with employee engagement, recognition, and retention programs.
Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with employment practices.
Qualifications
Fluent in English and Spanish.
2+ years of Human Resources experience.
Full-cycle recruiting experience preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
SHRM, PHR, or other HR certification preferred.
Annual Salary
$60,000 - $70,000, based on experience.
