Job description
VIVAMEE Hospitality is seeking an HR Generalist to join our corporate team on-site at Renault Winery & Resort in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. You will drive training program rollout, onboarding, and collaboration with the Corporate Director of People + Culture across the VIVAMEE portfolio.
The role emphasizes employee development, HR operations, and recruiting support in a fast-paced hospitality environment. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in HR are required; travel between properties is expected.
