Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an HR Generalist located in Amityville, NY. The HR Generalist will be responsible for overseeing daily human resource functions, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. Additional responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and handling benefits administration and performance management processes.
Qualifications
Knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
Familiarity with HR policies, employment regulations, and compliance requirements
Experience with Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in a similar HR role is highly advantageous
