Job description
Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking an HR Leader, US Commercial to oversee employee relations for a large commercial and field sales organization across multiple US locations. The role requires 4–6 years of ER/HR experience, strong US employment law knowledge, and the ability to conduct investigations with discretion.
Travel up to 20% is anticipated. Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
