Job description
Asset Living in Houston is seeking an HR Legal Specialist to serve as the primary liaison between Human Resources and outside employment counsel, supporting complex employee relations matters and employment law compliance. You will manage employment litigation, assist in investigations, prepare separation agreements, coordinate legal holds, and help with HR documentation for disputes and litigation.
A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in HR or employment law are required, with paralegal or HR
