HR Manager
Salary: $75,000-$90,000

Key Responsibilities of the HR Manager:
Manage recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
Administer benefits, leave programs, and HR policies
Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with employment regulations
Support payroll administration and HRIS management
Lead workplace safety and employee engagement initiatives
Partner with leadership on workforce planning and HR strategy
Oversee daily office administration and support cross-functional teams
Qualifications of the HR Manager:
3+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Knowledge of employment laws, benefits administration, and payroll processes
Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
Bilingual Spanish preferred
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
