Avantara Palos Heights in Palos Heights, IL, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function for a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. You will oversee payroll, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and engagement initiatives to support a compassionate, compliant workplace.
Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, have 2+ years in HR within skilled nursing, and preferably hold PHR or SPHR certification.
