Job description
Casepoint is seeking an HR Manager, Talent & Employee Relations in the Washington, DC area with remote work eligibility. This hands-on HR leader will attract, develop, engage, and retain talent across Casepoint's workforce, partnering with managers while guiding employee relations, performance management, and recruitment.
The successful candidate will own full-cycle recruiting, build talent pipelines, and drive HR programs using metrics and AI-driven improvements.
