Job description
A high-performing, multi-billion-dollar AUM global hedge fund is looking to hire an HR Operations Lead for its rapidly expanding US business.
The firm has experienced exceptional growth in recent years and is now investing heavily across its US platform. As part of this expansion, it is building out a broader HR function in New York and looking to make its first dedicated US HR Operations hire.
The successful candidate will take ownership of HR operational delivery across the US, combining a broad BAU remit with responsibility for identifying operational issues, improving processes, building out HR infrastructure and helping shape how HR Operations supports the business as it continues to scale.
The position will operate with significant autonomy in a vibrant New York City office, whilst working closely with an established global HR function.
Candidates should have strong HR Operations experience, ideally circa 5–10 years, gained within a fast-paced, high-performance environment. They should be comfortable operating independently, managing competing priorities and taking ownership beyond day-to-day delivery. Financial services experience (hedge funds / prop trading / IB) would be highly advantageous but is not necessarily essential.
The role offers an exceptional compensation package at the top end of the New York HR Operations market, including a strong increase on current base and a significant bonus potential for a high performer.
