Target Compensation: $65,000 – $70,000
Key Responsibilities for the HR & Operations Manager:
Lead daily office operations, including vendor management, facilities coordination, technology support, supplies, and administrative processes.
Serve as the organization’s primary HR resource, managing onboarding, offboarding, HRIS administration, employee records, benefits administration, and training initiatives.
Provide administrative support to leadership through meeting coordination, travel arrangements, special projects, and follow-up activities.
Coordinate Board and committee communications, meeting materials, engagement activities, and governance-related administration.
Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and help deliver a welcoming, professional experience for employees, volunteers, and community partners.
Qualifications for the HR & Operations Manager:
5+ years of experience in HR, office management, executive support, or administrative leadership roles.
SHRM, HRCI, or similar HR certification, or a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Hands‑on experience with HRIS platforms, employee onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations support.
Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and support executives, board members, and employees in a fast‑paced environment.
