Steer Health, an AI-native growth and automation platform for healthcare, is seeking an HR Operations Manager for our Dallas, TX headquarters. You will own day-to-day people operations, from onboarding to benefits, ensure HR compliance, and partner with leadership as we scale.
You will refine processes, manage HRIS and payroll, support recruiting, lead engagement programs, and build people analytics for leadership.
