Hyundai America Techincal Center Inc, (HATCI) is seeking an HR Operations specialist focused on Employee Leave, Compliance & Immigration. The HR Operations specialist administers leaves, accommodations, workers’ compensation, and immigration processes, coordinating with internal and external partners while maintaining confidential documentation.
The candidate will manage multiple sensitive cases with strong organizational skills and clear guidance to employees and leaders.
