Job description
Encore Enterprises in Dallas, TX seeks an HR Operations Manager to drive the Paylocity HRIS rollout and oversee HR operations with our outsourced consultant. The role acts as the key liaison between the HR consultant, HRIS vendor, leadership, and internal teams.
The successful candidate will update HR processes, SOPs, and ensure timely data migration, testing, and training. Strong vendor management, project coordination, and communication with senior leaders are essential.
