We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized HR or Recruiting Assistant to join our team in a full-time, remote position.As an HR or Recruiting Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR and recruitment processes for our company. You will work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.Responsibilities:Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, sourcing candidates, and scheduling interviewsScreen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to identify qualified candidatesCoordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managersMaintain and update candidate information in our applicant tracking systemAssist with the onboarding process for new hires, including completing necessary paperwork and conducting orientation sessionsAssist with HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and processing employee changesProvide support to the HR team with various projects and tasks as neededRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field1-2 years of experience in HR or recruitmentStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyProficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with applicant tracking systemsKnowledge of HR laws and regulations is a plusWhy Work With Us?Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity to work remotely and have a flexible scheduleCollaborative and supportive work environmentOpportunity for growth and advancement within the companyIf you are a self-starter with a passion for HR and recruitment, we want to hear from you!
