Job description
Amazon is seeking an HR Partner to join the Rural, Super Rural (RSR) PXT team and support NY site operations. The role focuses on employee experience, engagement, leadership development, and HR operational excellence, with a strong emphasis on data-driven insights and issue resolution.
You will work onsite at an Amazon facility, execute standard work, and coach leaders on PXT practices while handling sensitive information with discretion.
