Job description
Prime Healthcare is seeking an experienced Human Resources Partner – Employee Relations to conduct complex investigations and support department heads in resolving employee relations issues. This role will serve as a subject matter expert on HR policies and programs and may coach leadership on training, corrective actions, and investigations.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s in business or HR, 2+ years in HR, knowledge of employment law, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS
