Job description
Amazon is seeking an HR Partner within the PXT team to support site operations, drive employee experience, and coach leaders on HR practices. This on-site role will be based at an Amazon facility in New York and will involve 50% travel to partner with operations and other locations.
You will work closely with PXT to execute standard HR processes, analyze data trends, and build lasting partnerships that improve engagement and retention across sites in the Liberty region, NY, including Watertown.
