Tessera is seeking a Human Resources Partner in Lakewood, WA to lead HR services for a diverse workforce of ~300 employees. You will advise on employee relations, labor relations, training, and compliance, ensuring alignment with policy and legal standards.
The role requires a Bachelor’s in HR with 3–5 years of experience, including ADA knowledge. Travel may be required; Workday proficiency is preferred, and a state driver's license is needed for on-site collaboration.
