Job description
Amazon Inc. is seeking an HR Partner to join our People eXperience and Technology (PXT) team. You will support HR operations, drive employee engagement, and coach leaders on standard HR practices onsite at an Amazon facility.
You will work across sites, analyze HR data, maintain confidentiality, and implement initiatives to improve employee experience. This role involves travel up to 50% and partnering with senior PXT members to drive improvements.
