We are seeking a highly motivated HR Payroll/Benefits Specialist to support our Americas HR Team! We are looking for someone who goes above and beyond with attention to detail in processing several US payrolls and someone who can interact with benefit vendors on a daily basis.
Your Role
You will process payroll calculations, audits, perform reconciliations, tax withholdings, garnishments and year end reporting for several US payrolls.
You will support our Human Resources managers in working with benefit vendors on a daily basis.
You are ambitious to identify opportunities to improve payroll and benefits processes, controls and efficiency.
You will contribute with investigating and resolving payroll discrepancies, benefits issues and vendor related concerns.
You are committed to working with a high level of urgency, accuracy and confidentiality when handling employee sensitive information.
Your Profile
You have 3+ years of experience processing multi-state payrolls and administering employee benefit programs.
You have working knowledge of HRIS, payroll and benefit administration systems.
You have already gained 3-6 years of payroll and benefits administration experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
You have working knowledge of payroll tax regulations, wage and hour laws, benefit compliance and HR practices.
You are able to work independently while managing payroll and benefit processes while partnering effectively with HR, Finance, employees and third-party vendors.
