Under the direction of the Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources/Payroll Specialist will ensure the accurate and timely processing and payment of payroll to all employees along with various Human resources duties.
As an HR & Payroll Specialist at Arla Foods, you will have diverse responsibilities that include:
Responsible for the payroll process for the Holland Town and New Jersey locations.
Oversee the processing of payroll for all employees to ensure accurate calculation, timely delivery and cost-effective operation of the payroll.
Maintain all payroll records ensuring compliance with legal requirements and satisfactory review by the external vendors and auditors.
Produce all required and requested payroll reports, ensuring accurate, meaningful and timely information. Ensure the completion of all required records, paperwork, documents, etc.
Act as a HRIS technical resource to Human Resources and other departments to address and resolve payroll inquiries.
Serves as a point of contact for employees with Human Resources related questions.
Supports, contributes to various Human Resources processes and employee programs.
Ensure professional and positive customer service delivery levels in and outside the organization while maintaining strict confidentiality of all information obtained, written, or verbally discussed, within the HR department.
Communicate and work professionally, cooperatively and effectively, build and maintain positive work relationships with all co-workers, customers, and other business associates. This includes embodying the Aral Foods Core Values of Lead, Sense, and Create.
