Job description
International Monetary Fund in Washington DC is seeking a Projects Analyst in HR Client Services (HRD) on a contractual, one-year appointment to support HR business partners with data gathering, analysis, and HR initiatives.
You will provide HR metrics analysis (diversity, staffing trends, hiring), assist recruitment through WD entries and stakeholder follow-ups, track job changes and contract end dates, and prepare materials for ATME and talent reviews.
