Job description
Insteel Industries, Inc. is seeking an HR Safety Manager Trainee to start a development path in HR and safety with the goal of advancing into an HR/Safety Manager role at a plant location. You will learn HR operations, safety practices, and payroll processes while contributing to the plant's success and ALARA safety goals.
This developmental program emphasizes hands-on training, leadership growth, and progression toward a formal HR/Safety leadership position as openings arise.
