Integrity Staffing is seeking an HR and Safety Business Partner to handle employee relations, investigations, and safety cases across locations. You will provide guidance on policy adherence and regulatory compliance, maintaining fair, consistent practices.
You will audit state and federal regulations, support managers, conduct hazard analyses, and partner with sales during client onboarding to ensure a safe work environment. Available for 24x7 escalations.
