Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is seeking a HRS Enablement Leader to drive AI and self-service HR technology strategies aligned with our business goals. Based at our North America HQ in Beachwood, OH, you will partner with HRS leaders to shape the roadmap and deliver transformative projects.
You will manage major initiatives, assess costs and benefits, guide governance, and ensure customer needs are embedded in product direction, delivering measurable value.
