Human Capital Resources and Concepts, Inc. (HCRC) seeks an experienced HR Solutions Analyst to provide human capital, workforce planning, program management, and analytical support for a federal government program.
The HR Solutions Analyst will support implementation, improvement, and sustainment of strategic human capital initiatives, collaborating with leadership and stakeholders to assess programs, analyze data, and develop recommendations for improvement.
