Role Overview
You will serve as the primary recipient of organization-wide Personnel Action Forms and Position Change Forms through ServiceNow requests. You will validate requests and ensure accurate completion or routing based on HR processes. You will monitor and maintain employee data in SAP SuccessFactors to ensure data integrity, operational excellence, and timely processes like payroll and reporting. You will support leadership by ensuring data accuracy and complete, consistent records.
Responsibilities
Conduct root cause analysis to assess impacts of master data records and recommend actions to maintain data integrity.
Guide managers on SAP SuccessFactors master data and position management.
Maintain employee records, ensuring high accuracy for system data to pass audits.
Lead regular data audits in HCM to review accuracy and compliance; escalate and execute corrections as needed.
Support HR staff, end-users, and senior management as a subject matter expert on HCM data.
Initiate technology service requests to update or develop HCM modules for data processing, reports, or payments.
Follow safety, confidentiality, and policy standards; provide informal training and guidance to end-users.
Assist in creating training tools and process manuals to optimize HCM system use.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree (4 years)
Knowledge acquired through 1 to 3 years of work experience.
Advanced computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (preferred) or similar HRIS
Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills at all organizational levels
High attention to detail and data entry accuracy
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Confident and mature demeanor
Ability to maintain confidentiality in SAP and payroll systems
