Required Skills
Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, filtering, pivot tables)
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Basic understanding of HR processes and data transactions
Nice-to-Have Skills
Previous experience with HR data entry or HR operations
Knowledge of HR best practices and compliance standards
Analytical skills for light data analysis and reporting
Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Familiarity with other HR systems or tools
Preferred Education and Experience
Prior experience in HR data management or HRIS
Relevant certifications in HR or data management
Other Requirements
Onsite work four days a week, Monday through Thursday, with a flexible day on Friday
Ability to prioritize workload and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with HR teams
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid work authorization for the U.S.
