Job description
Alloy Therapeutics in Waltham, MA is building out its People team. The role of Director, HR Business Partner and Head of Recruiting and L&D will serve as a trusted HRBP to four to five divisions while owning Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Compliance and Immigration company-wide.
Reporting to the CHRO, you will work with a small, high-ownership People team, gain early exposure during a planned transition, and help scale recruiting, training, benefits, onboarding and immigration
