Job description
Edwards Lifesciences in Draper, UT seeks an in-person, full-time HR leader to drive talent development and implement strategic HR programs. You will lead a team of HR professionals, partner with leadership to forecast workforce needs, and align HR initiatives with business objectives.
Strong candidates will have a Bachelor's in HR or related field (Master's preferred), proven people management skills, and expertise in compensation analysis and HR systems.
