This is a remote position.
We’re looking for students of Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration to join our team in Argentina.
Responsibilities
Support daily HR and administrative tasks
Help coordinate internal communications
Assist in organizing employee records and documents
Collaborate on onboarding and offboarding processes
Support the recruiting process: post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates
Requirements
Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
High level of empathy, discretion, and active listening
Strong sense of organization and attention to detail
Proactive mindset and willingness to contribute ideas and improvements
Positive, can-do attitude and desire to be an active part of the team
Advanced English
Currently studying Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration
Comfortable using Google Sheets or Excel
