Responsibilities
Kforce's client is seeking a Remote Contract HRIS Analyst with strong ADP Vantage experience to support its existing HRIS environment during a major platform transition. This organization is currently implementing Workday, with go-live targeted for July 2027. Until that transition is complete, this person will help maintain and support the existing ADP Vantage environment, providing day-to-day user support, system administration, reporting, troubleshooting, and data-quality support. The strongest candidates will have hands-on experience with ADP Vantage and ADPR reporting and be comfortable working independently across HR, Payroll, IT, and other business teams. What You'll Do:
Provide day-to-day user support and administration for ADP Vantage and related modules
Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot ADPR reports and reporting-related issues
Configure and maintain Vantage business rules, workflows, tables, fields, organizational structures, and other system settings
Administer user access, roles, permissions, and security profiles
Support HRIS processes involving core HR, payroll, timekeeping, learning, and employee data
Troubleshoot system, data, access, and integration issues and identify appropriate resolutions
Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Learning, IT, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve system issues
Perform data audits, reconciliations, testing, and quality checks to maintain data accuracy and integrity
Support system enhancements, testing cycles, releases, and production changes
Assist with recurring HRIS processes, data loads, interfaces, and data exports
Create and maintain configuration documentation, procedures, and user guides
Support data exports and other activities associated with the organization's transition from ADP Vantage to Workday
Requirements
3-4 years of hands-on HRIS experience, including substantial experience supporting ADP Vantage
Strong hands-on experience with ADP Vantage administration and support
ADPR reporting experience - this is a key requirement for the role
Experience administering HRIS security, roles, permissions, and user access
Working knowledge of core HR, payroll, and employee data processes
Experience troubleshooting HRIS issues and supporting users in a production environment
Experience with system testing, data validation, and documenting solutions
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, particularly when working with employee and payroll-related data
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting ADP Vantage in a large or complex organization
Experience with HRIS integrations, file feeds, data imports, or vendor interfaces
Experience supporting system upgrades, module implementations, or process-improvement initiatives
Advanced Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, data validation, and data reconciliation
Familiarity with HR data privacy, internal controls, and audit requirements
Experience supporting an HRIS during a platform transition or implementation

This role will support the organization's existing ADP Vantage environment while Workday is being implemented. The successful candidate will help keep ADP Vantage running effectively through the transition, with a focus on user support, administration, reporting, troubleshooting, and data integrity. The role requires someone who can quickly understand an existing HRIS environment, work independently on assigned issues, and collaborate effectively with HR, Payroll, IT, and other stakeholders.
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
