Job description
McDonald’s Wilmington is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, develop people, and drive guest satisfaction. You will own the P&L, ensure QSCV standards, coach leaders, and create a positive, inclusive culture while maintaining compliance with safety and quality.
This role requires HU certification and ServSafe, open availability, and strong leadership in a high-volume environment.
