ConnectOne Bank is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to own digital campaign execution and evolving our MarTech stack. You will enable faster campaigns, improve quality, and drive engagement and revenue across ConnectOne brands.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years with HubSpot, strong analytics, automation, and a hands-on approach to personalization using AI in workflows, journey analytics, and multi-touch attribution. Hybrid work options are available.
