Job Description
Create requisitions in Taleo applicant tracking system
Handle new hire paperwork and onboarding
Process termination paperwork
Assist with new-employee orientations
Complete Forms I-9, verify documentation, maintain files, and assist with background checks
Support recruitment and interview processes; track candidate status and send follow-up communications
Perform HRIS data entry and personnel file maintenance
Coordinate pre-employment procedures such as drug testing and background checks
Assist employees and supervisors with HR policies and procedures
Maintain confidential personnel files and actions
Conduct audits of payroll and benefits, recommending corrections
Complete record-keeping and assist with performance reviews
Support benefits administration and reconciliation
Advise on safety provisions and assist with accident investigations
Record safety incidents and propose corrective actions
Schedule meetings and interviews as requested
Assist HR manager with projects
Qualifications
At least 4 years of stable HR Coordinator experience, comfortable remaining in the role long-term.
This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity.
