They value teamwork, professionalism, and a positive workplace culture while providing opportunities for employees to contribute and grow.Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Human Resource Coordinator Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 23.00 to $ 25.00 / hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00pm to 05:00pm)Support onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, HR documentation, and new hire paperworkAssist with employment forms, orientations, pre-employment checks, and I-9 verificationMaintain accurate employee records, HR systems, databases, reports, and organizational informationServe as a first point of contact for general HR questions and provide professional customer serviceCoordinate with HR, Payroll, IT, Talent Acquisition, and other teams on employee transactionsAssist with HR programs, training, employee events, projects, and process improvementsHuman Resource Coordinator Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred1-2 years of administrative, office, or HR experience preferredKnowledge of HR processes, onboarding, documentation, confidentiality, and employee recordsProficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and TeamsStrong organization, communication, customer service, attention to detail, and problem-solving skillsHRIS/database experience and knowledge of employment compliance preferredAbility to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and handle sensitive information professionallyApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
