Human Resource CoordinatorWe are seeking a Human Resource Coordinator to join our team. The Grid4 Human Resource Coordinator (HRC) must understand BambooHR or otherwise demonstrate an ability to quickly learn and command this platform. The new Grid4 HRC will initially focus on Talent Acquisition. In addition, Career Training & Development, Employee Life-Cycle Management and Administrative Duties are the focus areas for this role. Our goal is to hire, QuickStart, train, develop and reward a happy, high-performance team. Grid4 Human Resource practices and objectives provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment in the form of responsible ownership mentality, quality, productivity, standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. The Human Resource Coordinator is responsible for the development and evolution of processes and metrics that support the achievement of the organization's business goals. The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.Responsibilities:Provide subject matter expertise and act as a strategic resource in all areas of human resourcesBuild and maintain strong relationships with employees and leadershipCreate and educate employees in new handbooks and policiesSupport recruitment efforts, including screening, interviewing, and hiring coordinationSupport employee relations and company-wide committee facilitationCompensation and benefits administrationManage onboarding and offboarding processes, including benefits enrollment and orientationAssist in developing performance management processes and employee development initiativesImplement and become the champion of the company's culture, values, and policiesProvide management with requested reports and documentsRevise, develop, and implement our career development and training plans for employeesCollaborate interdepartmentally on incentive programs which support company initiatives and goalsCoordinate and champion events focused on employee recognition and team enrichmentMaintain and file all necessary regulatory compliance documentsQualifications, skills, and knowledge:Minimum of 3 years of HR experience or related fieldAct consistently with the company's core values and missionComfort around higher management, can easily communicate with senior leadership and can present themselves as a confident and competent HR resourceDemonstrate HR knowledge and is open to feedback and developmentDisplaying a positive attitude and passion for serving our employeesComfortable with ambiguity; can effectively cope with change, shift gears easily, and adapt according to business or client needsApproachable and able to successfully build relationships and develop rapport and trust with a variety of peopleExcellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to manage complex situations with professionalismHas keen business insight and understands business metricsStrong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategiesDemonstrated expertise training managers and employeesAttention to detail and great judgementKnowledge of labor and employment lawsAbility to build rapport with all employees and leadershipWhat we'll bring to the table:Vibrant company culture and fun work environment – our values don't sit on a shelf collecting dust, we use them in all we doAbility to make an impact – your ideas and voice are important to us and are welcomed hereEmployee health is one of our top priorities!
