What You’ll Do:
Own the restaurant’s day-to-day HR function and team member experience.
Lead staffing strategy including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, retention, and succession planning.
Build and execute people systems that support performance, development, recognition, and morale.
Lead new hire orientation and help design team member recognition moments that strengthen culture.
Support leaders with coaching on performance conversations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
Handle employment-related questions from applicants, team members, and leaders with care and discretion.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and keep HR practices up to date.
Stay current on HR trends, best practices, and new tools that improve how we hire and develop people.
Help administer HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave, workplace safety, and training.
Protect confidentiality and model professionalism in every interaction

What We’re Looking For:
You have at least 3 years of HR management experience (preferred).
You communicate clearly and confidently, both written and verbal.
You build trust quickly and handle sensitive situations with integrity and discretion.
You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.
You have strong judgment and can navigate conflict with calm and care.
You understand employment laws and compliance standards, or can learn them quickly.
You are comfortable using HRIS and talent systems, or you learn new tools fast.
You lead with service and bring out the best in others.
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP and being bilingual is highly desired.
