Human Resources Recruitment CoordinatorAll Ways Caring HomeCare is looking for a Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator to provide support to the local branch through various aspects of administration, employee recruitment, screening, hiring, record keeping, and compliance.Responsibilities include conducting full-cycle recruitment, representing the local branch in job fairs, implementing company policies, collaborating with regional teams, utilizing applicant tracking software, and coordinating trainings.The goal is to interview and identify compassionate individuals who are eager to serve the clients within the local community with their daily activities in the comfort of their homes. Although you will not be working directly with the clients, you will contribute to making an impact in improving the lives of others.
