We are seeking a Human Resources Administrator who enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer service, staying organized, and supporting a variety of HR functions.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Human Resources Administrator will provide essential day-to-day administrative support to the HR department while serving as a professional and friendly point of contact for employees, customers, vendors, and business partners.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Provide professional and courteous customer service to customers, vendors, and business partners
Assist with employee onboarding, recruitment, employment documentation, and other HR activities
Support day-to-day Human Resources administrative functions
Maintain positive working relationships with management and other departments
Coordinate catering, supplies, and notifications for customer visits and meetings
Assist with employee engagement activities across facilities
Support HR policies, procedures, compliance requirements, and special projects
Help develop employee FAQs, resources, communications, and self-service materials
Assist with employee communications and live-streaming formats
Assist with production labor-hour data entry
Participate in employer branding and recruiting initiatives
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
2–3 years of Human Resources and/or customer service experience
High School Diploma
Business or Human Resources degree, preferred but not required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong Microsoft Office skills
HR administration and data-entry experience
Professional, positive, and service-oriented personality
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Someone who enjoys helping people and solving problems
