Are you upbeat, organized, and interested in growing your Human Resources career? We’re seeking an HR Assistant / Receptionist to support a local company we are partnering with on recruiting, onboarding, and daily HR administration while helping maintain a friendly and professional front office. This is primarily a temporary opportunity with potential for long-term consideration for the right person.

What You’ll Do
Recruiting & Onboarding
Assist with candidate sourcing, job postings, and interview coordination
Schedule and help plan virtual and in-person interviews
Support new hire orientation and onboarding
Prepare and process new hire and offboarding paperwork
HR & Administrative Support
Maintain employee records and documentation
Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR Director
Assist with employee communications and engagement activities
Help coordinate office events, meetings, and celebrations
Handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion
Reception & Front Office Support
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate team member
Answer, screen, and route incoming calls
Manage the conference room calendar
Keep the reception and conference room areas organized and presentable
What We’re Looking For
At least 2 years of HR support, or related experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office programs
Associate’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred
Availability to work Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch
