Job description
Global beauty client is seeking a polished, professional, and adaptable HR Assistant/Coordinator to provide hands-on administrative support to the HR team. This role is primarily administrative and is ideal for someone who is organized, approachable, flexible, and comfortable handling confidential employee matters in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage HR administrative transactions, employee records, HRIS updates, and general employee inquiries.
Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, exit interviews, disability/leave processes, and unemployment claims.
Support employee relations and performance improvement processes, including documentation and meeting coordination.
Assist with immigration and visa matters, employee accommodations, recognition programs, and culture initiatives.
Prepare PowerPoint presentations, HR communications, reports, and Town Hall materials.
Provide day-to-day administrative and ad hoc support to HR leadership as needs arise.
Ideal Candidate:
Previous administrative, coordinator, or HR support experience.
Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, People Connect, or similar platforms.
Strong PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Office skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing confidential information.
Professional, well-spoken, approachable, kind, and flexible.
Comfortable in a hands-on administrative role where priorities and workload may change day to day.
