Human Resources AssistantJohnson Service Group (JSG) is seeking a Human Resources Assistant (File Room). You'll play a vital role in maintaining accurate and secure employee records, ensuring our team operates smoothly and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about organization, confidentiality, and contributing to a purpose-driven team dedicated to building a more equitable health system.Key Responsibilities:Systematically scan, review, and audit personnel files to ensure all documents are complete and readable.Organize and categorize scanned documents into secure electronic folders, following proper naming conventions.Maintain employee records, including benefits, I-9 files, background checks, and medical test paperwork.Assist in creating new employee files and retrieving materials as needed.Support management with special projects and file room organization.Exercise discretion and uphold confidentiality standards at all times.Must-Have Qualifications:High school diploma plus 1 year of administrative experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.What We Offer:Competitive pay range: $24.00 - $33.50 per hour (final salary based on experience and internal equity).
