Job description
Mancan Staffing is seeking an HR Junior Specialist for a 6-month assignment with a great opportunity to gain valuable human resources experience.
This position will assist with day-to-day HR operations, employee support, recordkeeping, and administrative tasks.
Pay Rate: Around $50,000 annually
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Responsibilities
•Assist with daily human resources operations and administrative duties.
•Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
•Assist with onboarding, new-hire paperwork, and employee file management.
•Support recruitment, interview scheduling, and other hiring activities as needed.
•Respond to employee questions and direct inquiries to the appropriate HR personnel.
•Assist with HR reporting, data entry, and maintaining confidential information.
•Help ensure HR procedures and company policies are followed.
Qualifications
•Previous HR or administrative experience preferred.
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Good written and verbal communication skills.
•Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other computer-based systems.
•Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion.
•Strong follow-through and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
