Human Resources AssistantThe Human Resources department is seeking a self-motivated Human Resources Assistant to support its day-to-day operations. Reporting to the Senior Human Resources Business Partner, this position administers employee and applicant data in the HRIS, serves as a primary point of contact for seasonal hiring leaders through email and phone communications, and provides general administrative support to the HR team. The Human Resources Assistant helps ensure HR processes are completed accurately and efficiently while supporting an employee-focused, high-performance culture.Position Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/TasksProcessing new hire formsCompleting employment verifications as requiredUpdating HR information on internal website as requiredMaintaining employee filesAssisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR officeOther duties as assignedPosition QualificationsAssociate degree in HR or related field preferred1+ years of demonstrated work experience in Human ResourcesProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and OutlookAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with a keen attention to detail and a high level of confidentialityExcellent oral and written communication skills; must work effectively with all levels of management and team members; must be able to maintain confidential data and communicationSelf-motivated and ability to work both independently and within a teamPhysical Demands and Work EnvironmentPosition requires working at a desk at the corporate office for periods of time up to eight hours.Employee AcknowledgementThis is not necessarily an exhaustive list of responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements, efforts or working conditions.
