Human Resources Business Partner
Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Salary:
$80,000–$90,000 annually + Bonus

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Business Partner to support business leaders and employees in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in employee relations, recruitment, HR policies, and workforce management.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to provide HR guidance and support.
Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Support full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
Maintain accurate employee records and support OFCCP compliance.
Coordinate employee separations and conduct exit interviews.
Handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.
Support HR initiatives and special projects.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, including staffing or recruiting.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask, work independently, and maintain confidentiality. xzgxqkn
