Human Resources Business Partner
Location: Greencastle, PA
Pay: Competitive salary based on experience
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, fully onsite at the Greencastle, PA facility

Our client is a manufacturing organization looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support their Greencastle, PA facility. This role will serve as a key HR partner to employees, managers, and supervisors while supporting day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement.
Job Description
The Human Resources Business Partner will coordinate and support HR activities for the Greencastle manufacturing facility. This position will build strong relationships across the organization and serve as a trusted resource to employees and leadership on a variety of HR matters.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with managers, supervisors, and employees on HR policies, procedures, benefits, workplace concerns, and employee relations.
Support recruiting efforts including recruiting, screening, interviewing, and hiring employees.
Advise managers and supervisors on employee relations issues, complaints, progressive discipline, and terminations.
Manage payroll and maintain accurate employee information within Workday.
Coordinate employee orientations and training programs.
Support employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and site events.
Coordinate and participate in HR-related training.
Support administration of compensation, benefits, vacation, sick leave, and absence programs.
Partner with Total Rewards on compensation surveys, job evaluations, promotions, and compensation adjustments.
Maintain HR records and files, process invoices, maintain bulletin boards, and assist with HR events.
Perform additional HR duties and projects as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of progressive HR experience.
3+ years of HR Generalist or functional HR experience with exposure to compensation, performance management, and training.
Bilingual Spanish/English required. Must be able to speak, understand, read, and write in both languages.
Strong employee relations and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively at all levels of an organization.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and work independently.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Workday experience is a plus.
SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
Additional Details
Fully onsite position in Greencastle, PA.
Bachelor’s degree is required.
Spanish/English bilingual proficiency is required.
This position will work closely with both employees and site leadership in a manufacturing environment.
