Job description
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to support a fast-growing industrial operation. This role will partner closely with leadership and employees to build strong teams, create innovative staffing solutions, and develop policies that support a high-performance, people-focused culture. The ideal candidate brings a proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to challenge traditional HR practices to drive better outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary HR point of contact for a site or facility.
Coach leaders and employees on employee relations, performance, and company policies.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices.
Manage onboarding and off-boarding processes.
Oversee HR and benefits administration.
Support development of clear, compliant, and culture-aligned HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications
5+ years of HR generalist or HR business partner experience.
Background in industrial, manufacturing, or similar environments preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and employee-relations skills.
Collaborative, service-oriented, and growth-focused mindset.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a lean, fast-paced setting.
Experience with modern ATS and HRIS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, ADP Workforce Now) preferred.
