The Role
As the HR Coordinator, you'll keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll own onboarding for new team members, support payroll and mileage tracking, and help the organization stay ready for CARF accreditation. This role is a great fit for an organized, executive-level administrator who enjoys HR, loves a clean tracking system, and wants their work to support a mission they can feel good about.
What You'll Do
Coordinate onboarding from offer through the first 90 days, including paperwork, equipment and system setup, first-week schedules, and check-ins
Maintain timesheet and mileage trackers, send reminders, and review submissions for completeness
Schedule interviews and prepare interview materials for hiring managers
Track training completions, certifications, and performance review dates
Keep HR records, job descriptions, and policy acknowledgments organized and current
Support CARF accreditation by organizing evidence, running quality and compliance checks, and tracking follow-up items
Coordinate emergency drill documentation, volunteers, and in-kind donations
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree preferred
Executive-level administrative experience. HR experience preferred.
Experience with onboarding, payroll support, or compliance tracking
CARF or other accreditation experience is a big plus
Strong skills with Excel and office software
Discretion with confidential information and a sharp eye for detail
Schedule
Full-time, in office Monday through Friday. Choose 8 to 4 or 9 to 5, with flexibility to help you beat traffic.
