Human Resources AdministratorThe Human Resources Administrator position supports Human Resources practices and objectives that drive a high performance culture emphasizing engagement, quality, productivity and standards, performance, ethics and ongoing development of a superior workforce.The Human Resources Administrator supports company as well as human resources policies, procedures and programs, reports to the VP of HR and has responsibilities in these areas:Human Resources AdministratorHuman ResourcesWellness and SafetyKey Duties/Responsibilities:Provide key recruiting and employment support including, but not limited to: Advertising/PostingPhone ScreensInterview schedulingTravel coordinationBackground checksRelocation authorizationsNew hire paperwork and first day administrative process for new hiresAccurate and timely data input for SAP HR database for new hires and existing employees.Maintains accurate employee filesAssists in the coordination of new hire training programs including new hire orientationAssists in payroll administration/trouble shooting as neededAssists in the coordination of employee events including quarterly meetings.Assists in creating and executing critical HR measurement and data tracking reports as defined.Timely and accurate processing of HR related invoices.Assists in resolving employee questions regarding benefits/policies.General office admin support (mail, business lunch support)Other duties/projects TBDPosition Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities):HRIS system experience or equivalent transferable computer skills (SAP)MS Office- (Excel, Word prioritized)Strong organizational skillsInterpersonal Savvy (relates well to all types of individuals)Strong written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with various Human Resource Practices with emphasis on recruiting/hiring practicesAdditional Position Requirements (education, certifications, experience, physical)2 Year College Degree- Preferred but not requiredPHR Certification- Preferred but not requiredOvertime may be required
